Creation of technology/logistics Joint Venture with operations in SE Asia, North America, and Europe with initial valuation of $120M.

Investment strategy: Developed investment strategy for a Special Economic zone for the manufacture, testing and operation of Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAV’s). 

Market Entry Program (North America): Developed and managed an integrated program for cross-border logistics. This resulted in annual revenues increasing from $350M to $750M in 24 months.

Trade Policy Support (Global): Introduced and managed business process changes, plus market entry plans focused on 4 key sectors. Generated 200% increase in pipeline of international opportunities.

Product Development (Consulting client – global): Introduced and managed Trade Policy and SMART Utility practice areas to existing consulting portfolio. Generated 60% of corporate profits within 24 months.
