Over a period of 41 months, led a project team responsible for the development and implementation of capacity building programs combined with targeted grants to assist with regional planning and economic development. Key results included training over 425 local government officials in procurement, infrastructure design/management and planning, budgeting and financial management across 7 states and 23 counties, plus supporting the design and completion of 225 infrastructure projects.
