Engaged with the Ministry of State Administration and Public Services under the Cities and Climate Change (3CP) program, to develop and deliver policy and programing to improve the local business and investment environment. Technical assistance was provided to 20 municipalities within Mozambique, focusing on improvements to Land Administration and Public Financial Management. Project results included:
• 510% average increase in municipal revenues based on land use licenses and property registrations,.
• 173% increase in property registrations by municipality.
• Digitization of paper-based records management & land administration system.
