History
PGTS was formally incorporated in 2008, but its roots run deep, tracing back to a sole proprietorship and an inspiration from 1983. An article at that time sparked my journey, leading to a Bachelor of Arts which focused on the evolution of Core-Periphery Trade Patterns in the 18th and 19th Century. This was followed by a Master’s in International Political Economy and Business ~ with a focus on trade and investment in support of technology transfer and regional economic development goals.
My career has since been centered on crafting international business solutions, bridging public and private sector stakeholders, and undertaking business development and operational roles in over 50 countries across North America, Europe, the Middle East, Africa, Asia, the Caribbean, and Latin America. This journey placed me at the heart of evolving trade, economic and geo-political trends in an increasingly “non-aligned” world. I found my passion crafting and executing successful international business strategies – navigating these trends and balancing the priorities of the stakeholders on both sides of the trade equation.
